Biography

C. Dale Quisenberry is a founding partner of PQE and a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in all facets of intellectual property law. Dale is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His practice includes obtaining patents to protect inventions through preparing and prosecuting patent applications, registering trademarks and copyrights, protecting trade secrets, litigating intellectual property lawsuits, licensing IP rights, conducting IP due diligence in business transactions, and rendering opinions and counseling clients regarding a broad range of intellectual property issues.

Dale has experience in a wide variety of technologies, such as smart phones, tablets, cosmetics, oil field equipment, medical devices, navigation products, traffic and mapping, smart home applications, thumb drives, laser levels, hand tool accessories, seal assemblies, chemicals, gift and phone cards, weather systems, chip layout design, paint compositions, herbal compositions, precast concrete road construction products, computer accessories, remote data storage systems, performance measuring footwear, health care systems, software inventions and photograph copyrights.

Dale is experienced in securing federal trademark registrations in the United States Patent and Trademark Office to protect trademarks, service marks and logos. He has even been successful in registering the shape of a product as a trademark.

Dale has litigated numerous IP lawsuits in courts across the country as part of his nationwide litigation practice. He is experienced litigating claims for patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, unfair competition, copyright infringement and related state and common law causes of action.
